Pierpaolo RIVELLO

He was Head Prosecutor at the Military Attorney’s Office of Turin and is, at present, President of the Military Court Surveillance at Rome. He has taught law and military criminal procedure at numerous universities. Author of publications in the principal Italian legal journals and has edited two volumes on military justice: “Sources and Problems for the History of Military Justice”, ( ‘Fonti e problemi per la storia della giustizia militare’) and “Military Justice in Republican Italy” (‘La giustizia militare nell’Italia repubblicana’, Publisher.
